• Company & Legal Information: Commercial registration details, tax number, and billing information required for compliance with Jordanian tax and invoicing systems (such as JoFotora).
• Payment Information: Subscription details and payment confirmation processed securely via MEPS. We do not store credit card or banking information directly.
• System Usage: Logs, IP addresses, device/browser data, and activity within SpherekaNova for performance and security purposes.
• Customer Data: Information you upload into SpherekaNova (e.g., employees, customers, inventory, financial records).
• We may use data in aggregated or anonymized form (without reference to any identifiable user) for statistical analysis and to develop our services.

Use of Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide access to and maintain SpherekaNova.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Comply with Jordanian laws and tax regulations.
• Ensure security, monitor usage, and prevent fraud.

• All information and data entered into SpherekaNova by you remain your property.
• Sphereka does not claim ownership of customer business data.

• MEPS for secure processing of subscription payments.
• Government systems (such as the Jordanian tax system/Fatoora) upon lawful request.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure hosting, and restricted access.

Nevertheless, we do not provide an absolute guarantee against unintended breaches or force majeure; our commitment is to apply recognized security best practices.

• Account and billing information are retained for as long as your account is active and as required under Jordanian law.
• Customer data may be deleted after services are terminated, once legal retention obligations have been fulfilled.
